12 Mile Ranch is located 12 miles west of San Angelo, Texas on Highway 67, starting on the west side of the Middle Concho River.  We will provide free pickup and delivery from the San Angelo Airport.  No frills, no fuss.  Day leasing only. 12 Mile Ranch & Wildlife Management Area is a managed Big Trophy Buck area, no high fences. No livestock has been on the ranch competing for deer forage for over 8 years.  Deer are fed year round with automatic feeders, planted permanent and seasonal deer plots of native forbs and browse plants, irrigated alfalfa and clover patches. Very little hunting has been allowed on the surrounding ranches, with very large unhunted areas on 3 sides of the ranch.  No hunting of birds, varmints, or predators is ever allowed, except during deer season and only from the stands. To keep the deer and other wildlife unmolested and feeling as secure as possible, we do not allow or offer lodging, cooking, sightseeing or walking on the ranch.
